Q: Can I order order ahead of time, having it shipped later?
A:
During the holidays, we have s question included with your order process, with a few December shipping dates to choose from. We will ship immediately unless otherwise indicated.
During non-holidays:
If you want to order your bear a few weeks before you would like it shipped, please specify the ship date in the comment section. You can use our shipping section to estimate the delivery date, or you can request 2-day or overnight delivery, specifying a certain ship date-which will let you predict the delivery date. Keep in mind, we can not guarantee Saturday deliveries.
We will send an email to you, letting you know that we acknowleged the future ship date. You will receive a second email of the shipment and tracking number when we send it.

Q: If I order more than one bear, will there only be one greeting card?
A:
If you are sending more than one bear (has to be to the same address), each person receiving a bear will have his/her message on the greeting card. If you are ordering more than one bear, we recommend you begin your greeting card message with the person's name, for simplicity sake.
Q: Can I have different bears sent to different addresses?
A:
If you need to order more than one bear to different locations, then you will need to create a different order for each 'SHIP TO' address. We apologize for any inconvenience in this regards.

Q: How long can my T-Shirt message be?
A:
Most of our bears wear T-Shirts that can hold up to 3 lines with 11 characters for each line (including punctuation marks and spaces. Some bears are a little smaller in the tummy area, wearing a T-Shirt that allows 2 lines with 11 characters on each line.
Q: Is there a money back guarantee?
A:
Yes, if you have an issue with the bear, or other items purchased, the cost of those items will be refunded to the purchaser. Please return such items with your name, approximate delivery date, invoice number (if known), and credit card number. The cost of shipping the order can not be refunded.
